Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: September 2, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Our Commitment

Digital Whims LLC is committed to making Tidewell usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working toward this goal on an ongoing basis and welcome feedback that helps us improve.

2. Standard We Are Working Toward

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the standard most commonly referenced by U.S. and international accessibility law and guidance.

3. Current Status

As of this statement's effective date, Tidewell has not undergone a formal accessibility audit. We are not aware of specific barriers, but we have not yet systematically tested the Service against WCAG 2.1 AA, and this statement will be updated once that testing has occurred.

4. Compatibility

Tidewell is a web-based application intended to work with modern browsers and their built-in accessibility features, including screen readers, browser zoom, and keyboard navigation. We do not currently maintain a list of specific tested browser/assistive-technology combinations; this section will be filled in once specific testing has occurred.

5. Feedback

If you experience any difficulty accessing or using Tidewell, please let us know at [email protected]. Please include the page or feature involved and, if possible, the browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using, so we can investigate effectively. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable time and will use it to prioritize improvements.

6. Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. As Tidewell adds features, we intend to consider accessibility as part of that work, and to periodically revisit this statement as our understanding of the Service's accessibility improves.
